Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Manager (Remote)
We are building an international sales team and are looking for 3–4 experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us grow our client portfolio worldwide.
Our company is a performance marketing agency working with clients across multiple industries. We help businesses grow through measurable digital marketing and technology solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find decision-makers.
- Build your own pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual outreach and appointment KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
- Active LinkedIn profile.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
- Ability to independently source leads and build prospect lists.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or digital services company is a significant advantage.
