🚀 What you'll be doing

• Lead the successful delivery of complex Payments and Financial Technology projects
• Manage end-to-end software delivery across multiple Agile teams
• Drive large-scale systems integration programmes involving APIs and enterprise platforms
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Support AI and Machine Learning initiatives that enhance business processes and customer experiences
• Build trusted relationships with clients while providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle

👤 What we're looking for

• 10+ years' experience managing enterprise technology projects
• Proven Payments project delivery experience ( essential )
• Strong Product Management experience
• Demonstrated success delivering complex software development projects
• Solid technical background with the ability to engage engineering and architecture teams
• Enterprise Systems Integration experience ( essential )
• Commercial experience delivering AI and/or Machine Learning initiatives
• Strong stakeholder, client, and executive management skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Consulting experience will be highly advantageous
