Brief description

To manage the recruitment and selection process for the South African Reserve Bank.

Detailed description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

To develop and manage the implementation of a recruitment strategy, policy and processes, and advise on best practice to support the Bank’s strategic workforce planning .
To design and execute talent acquisition strategies and best practice to source, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across the business .
To provide talent insights, fulfilling current talent needs and pipelining of high demand candidates for future staffing needs .
To develop and manage the Bank’s on-boarding programme.
To interface with internal stakeholders, the recruitment admin support team, HRBP’s and line departments.
To support and partner with the HRBP’s in the recruitment of senior and top management roles.
To interface with external stakeholders – Prospective candidates, 3 rd parties/Vendors.
To proactively develop and manage 3rd party/vendor relationships to provide internal stakeholders with added recruitment insights.
To develop, mine and manage the candidate database pool.
To provide talent insights, fulfilling current talent needs and pipelining of high demand candidates for future staffing needs.
To communicate management information and report on recruitment analytics.
To support the enhancement of current technology and implementation of new technology.
To comply with the Bank’s policies and legislative requirements to adequately mitigate risk and achieve the Bank’s objectives.
