Job description
We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to work, learn and grow!
Our busy corporate training company, based in Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal and potentially becoming permanent for the right person.
We need someone who is confident, assertive and enjoys dealing with people. Clear, professional communication is essential, as you will be dealing directly with our customers and helping to create a positive and exciting experience for them.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, so you need to be adaptable, able to think on your feet, have excellent attention to detail and be willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Computer literate – Word and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, assertive and customer focused.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic can-do attitude.
- Able to learn quickly, adapt and work under pressure.
- Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player.
- Previous work experience is advantageous but not essential – the right attitude is more important.
Salary & Contract
- R5,500 basic per month
- 3-month fixed-term contract – immediate start
- The contract may be renewed and could become permanent depending on performance and suitability.
