Job description

landOuks Properties is looking for ambitious, target-driven Estate Agents to join our Arcadia office. If you love closing deals, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in a fast-growing brand — this is for you.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for marketing and selling property, growing our market share, and delivering the kind of service that upholds the landOuks Properties name. This is a commission-driven role suited to self-starters who are comfortable working to targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and canvass the area for new listings
Arrange photography and home staging
Visit sellers, assess property value, and advise confidently on pricing
Organise and attend show days
Build tailored marketing plans for each property
Negotiate on behalf of sellers with potential buyers
Liaise with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other agents through to sale completion
Stay current on local and national property market trends

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience — you know how to close a deal
Strong negotiation skills, confidence, and resilience under pressure
High integrity and principled, values-driven conduct
Adaptable, self-motivated, and target-driven

Requirements

Willing to register with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
Must live in or around Arcadia
Own laptop/tablet and cellphone
Able to self-fund for 6–8 months before commission income begins
Computer literate (MS Office) and comfortable working from a mobile device
