Job description

We are hiring 6 office based Real Estate Agents to join our team at LandOuks Properties in Arcadia, Pretoria.

About the Role
This is an in office position based at our Arcadia premises. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, assisting clients with property sales, rentals, and purchases from our office base.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on property leads
Conduct in person and virtual property consultations
Manage the full transaction process from listing to close
Build and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with the office team on marketing and listings

Requirements

Valid PPRA registration or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self motivated with a results driven approach
Reliable transport for property viewings
Based in or able to commute to Pretoria/Arcadia daily

Pay: R100 000,00 - R500 000,00 per year
