Job description

Curro is an independent schooling provider that offers quality education from the early childhood development phase to Grade 12. Curro prides itself on providing an ethical, values-based environment and offers learner-centric, balanced, innovative and relevant curricula across schools.

Curro seeks to appoint a General Worker (full-time) at Curro DigiED New Road in Midrand to commence duties in July 2026

Vacancy Reference: 28338 Curro DigiED New Road has a position available for a General Worker.

Key performance areas

Keep classrooms, offices, bathrooms and school grounds clean and tidy.
Assist with basic maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of the premises.
Help set up venues for meetings, events, assemblies and school functions.
Move furniture, equipment and supplies when needed.
Assist with gardening, sweeping, refuse removal and outdoor cleaning.
Report any damages, safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Support staff with general tasks as required by the school.

Qualifications, experience and skills

Grade 12
Previous experience working as a general worker
2 contactable references
Clear criminal record
