The Academic Operations Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions in support of the Operations Department. Planning, coordinating, supporting and monitoring all aspects pertaining to academic support and administration for Capsicum Culinary Studio and Service Management.
Operationally responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of academic programmes and industry placement partner database management. This includes the processing and registration of students with accrediting bodies, academic administrative operational support, timetabling and academic calendar amendment, implementation and adherence support of policy and procedure, quality assurance support, academic departmental reporting and record keeping, and external institution communications.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant higher education administration experience
- Certification in administration / Education administration / business administration etc
- 2 to 3 years' administrative experience.
- Experience in student administration, learner management, SETA administration, or academic administration.
- Experience working with databases and learner management systems.
- Experience with CATHSSETA processes will be advantageous.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
