We are hiring a high-agency Account Executive who can run sales calls, close consistently, and improve the sales process over time.
This is not a script-reading role. We want someone who can think, communicate clearly, handle objections, and win deals without pressure tactics.
Compensation
$15-$20/hour base
10% to 20% commission on first collected month
2-4% recurring commission for up to 6 months
Uncapped earnings
Performance-based growth in role and compensation
Quota & Ramp Expectations
At least 1 deal closed in the first 2 weeks
At least 3 deals closed in the first month
8 deals closed per month ongoing
What You’ll Do
Run inbound and qualified sales calls
Identify upsell, referral and follow up opportunities
Keep CRM and pipeline organized
Transition closed accounts smoothly to the delivery team
How Performance Is Measured
Primary Metrics
-Deals closed
-Collected revenue
-Supporting Metrics
-Close rate
-Pipeline volume & hygiene
-Upsells and referrals generated
Closing bad-fit clients is a failure.
