Job description
Remote B2B Sales Closer — Payments / Fintech (South Africa Based)
About PosPay
We're a small Australian payments broker. We help businesses save on card processing. The product pays for itself — merchants save more than our fee. We're growing fast and expanding into SA because the sales talent here is strong.
The role
Full cycle. You take the deal from cold call to signed application. Nobody hands you warm leads. Nobody follows up for you.
- Call Australian business owners. Get past the gatekeeper. Pitch the offer.
- Handle objections and close.
- Walk the merchant through the application and get it signed.
- Manage your own pipeline in Zoho. Keep it moving.
We have a playbook. Learn it. Then make it yours.
Hours
10am to 6pm Perth time. That's 4am to 12pm for you.
Yes it's early. But you're finished by lunch. Afternoons and evenings are your own. If you're already awake at 4am anyway, this is more of a lifestyle upgrade than a job.
Who you are
- You've done B2B sales before. Tech, SaaS, or financial services.
- You know how to prospect cold and close. Not just take meetings someone else set up.
- You're comfortable on the phone with business owners who don't have time for your pitch.
- You can run your own pipeline in a CRM. Zoho helps but not required.
- You don't need hand holding. (1/2)
- You can take feedback and adapt.
- You mean it when you say you're okay with a 4am start.
- Having experience selling to the UK or Australian markets will be looked at favourably
What you'll earn
Base plus commission. Paid in ZAR.
- Base: R22,600/month
- Target commission: R28,250/month
- On target: ~R50,850/month (~R610k/year)
- Our top guys are doing R62,000+/month (~R745k/year)
These are real numbers the team is hitting today. This role puts you in the top 10% of income earners in the country.
What you need at home
- A quiet room. No background noise during calls.
- Fibre internet. Mobile data as your main connection won't work.
- Backup power for loadshedding. A dropped call at 4am because the power cut out is a lost deal.
- Your own laptop or PC with a decent headset. Audio quality matters more than anything since most calls are voice only.
- No dogs barking or people talking while you're mid pitch.
Work closely with the founders to help shape and scale the sales team in South Africa – Meaning if you are successful, there will be an opportunity for leadership roles.
Pay: R35 000,00 - R55 000,00 per month
Language:
- English (Required)
