Job description
Client Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day client relationships as a trusted, dependable contact
- Lead status meetings and manage the promotional calendar with the client
- Develop deep understanding of each client and their objectives
- Manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention
- Accurate contact reports of meetings.
Campaign & Workflow Management
- Manage a campaign job flow end to end
- Ensure briefs are accurate, complete and correctly prioritised
- Drive on-time, on-spec delivery across all formats and channels
- Maintain workflow discipline and accurate job status in Magnetic
- Create detailed project plans
- Work effectively with internal teams and external agency partners to achieve campaign objectives within deadline time
Quality & Brand Custodianship
- Take accountability for accuracy of pricing, copy and mechanics
- Uphold brand CI consistency across the portfolio
- Ensure proofing and reconciliation discipline is followed
- Prevent errors, reprints and rework through close oversight
- Embed quality standards within the team
Financial Management
- Manage cost estimates and ensure timely billing
- Monitor job profitability and manage scope actively of project and retainer clients
- Track budgets and flag over-servicing early
- Monthly account reconciliations
Team Development & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams
- Provide clear & constructive feedback
- Drive accountability and proactive behaviour within the team
- Foster a collaborative, high-standard working environment
- Lead by example on discipline and ownership
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
