About us
The Agency Growth Partner helps B2B agency owners build profitable, scalable businesses through coaching, consulting and done-for-you services. We are a small team with high standards. You would work directly with the founder and own real outcomes from your first week.
The role
You look after our existing clients. Your job is to keep them getting results, keep them paying, help them spend more where it genuinely helps them, and turn happy clients into referrals. This is a hands-on role. You own the client relationships yourself, end to end.
Success here is simple to describe: more clients refer us than leave us. If you can read a client list, spot the ones going quiet before they ask to leave, and act without being told, you will do well.
What you will own
- The health of our client base. You keep one clear dashboard showing exactly how every client is doing, backed by real evidence.
- Renewals. You know who is up for renewal weeks ahead, and you run those conversations.
- Growth from existing clients. Upsells, add-ons and referrals, done in a way that helps the client and not just us.
- Clear reporting. Leadership can see the health of the client base any day without having to ask.
What we are looking for
- You have looked after clients before and carried a target for keeping or growing revenue, not only keeping people happy.
- You have used a CRM or client tracker to make decisions, not just to log activity.
- You are comfortable talking about money: renewals, upsells, asking for referrals.
- You spot problems early and bring a plan, not just the problem.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- You can work UK and EU business hours. We run on GMT+2.
Pay
Base around R33,000 per month (about $2,000) plus commission tied to the retention and growth you drive. Realistic total earnings of R66,000 to R98,000 per month (about $4,000 to $6,000). The better your clients do, the more you earn.
Location
Fully remote. We have a global team and work South African hours (GMT+2), so candidates based in South Africa are a strong fit. This is not a requirement.
