Company Description AliSom Enterprise Services operates in the broad ICT (telecoms) sector providing voice, data and data related products, various hardware, including handsets, modems, routers as well as technical support via accredited Repair Centres with trained and certified Data Technicians to all businesses, encompassing small, medium, large as well as Government Departments, Municipalities and SOE's.
Your responsibilities / requirements will include :
- Ensuring maximised customer satisfaction levels, willing to go the extra mile.
- Understanding of Vodacom's Products and Services.
- Energetic, Planning and Organising, Team Player.
- Punctuality.
- Must have computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Own reliable transport.
- Advantageous if you have previous Cellular experience.
- 1 - 2 Years cellular experience.
Pay: R6 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
