✓ 3+ years in SEO and digital marketing, ideally agency side

✓ Real client-facing experience, including running meetings with owners or decision makers

✓ Working Google Ads competence. You can read an account, spot waste, and talk paid

strategy with a client without escalating every question

✓ Strong SEO across technical, on-page, off-page and local

✓ GA4, Google Search Console, and confidence with conversion tracking

✓ Semrush and Ahrefs

✓ WordPress, plus enough web knowledge to brief and check a build. Basic Figma

✓ Daily use of ChatGPT or similar, and the judgement to know when not to trust it

✓ Excellent written and spoken English

✓ The ability to explain a complex marketing topic to someone with zero marketing

background, in plain language, live in a meeting
