Account Sales Consultant - Indirect Intacct Essentials

Job Description Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and delivering value through innovative cloud-based financial solutions? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to manage and grow our existing Sage Intacct customer base through strategic upselling and customer success initiatives.

Location - 3 days per week out of our Johannesburg office.

Key Responsibilities What You'll Do

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding customer partnerships by identifying new opportunities and maximizing the value customers receive from Sage Intacct.

• Proactively engage with existing Sage Intacct customers and business partners to identify and develop upsell opportunities across users, modules, entities, and newly released products.

• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through strategic account management and relationship building.

• Manage the complete sales cycle and successfully close opportunities using Salesforce.

• Foster strong partnerships with channel partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer success.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and contributing to increased Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Stay current on Sage Intacct solutions, emerging technologies, competitor activity, and industry trends to position value-driven solutions effectively.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Strong accounting background with the ability to understand and communicate financial solutions.

• Previous experience working with a business partner or channel partner network.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, and be willing to travel as required.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
