Our client is a property development, investment and management company.
About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Maintain asset register and depreciation calculations including tax asset register
- Cash flow forecasting for Group companies and Properties
- Assistance to Group Financial Manager & Financial Managers
- Year-end finalisation
Qualifications
- Bcom Accounting degree plus SAICA Articles is a non-negotiable
Required Skills
- Caseware experience (non-negotiable)
- Must have 3 years of commercial experience (this means outside of an audit and accounting firm)
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans, written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Property experience will be a plus
- MDA experience will be a plus
