• Production bonus calculation and administration;

• General Ledger reconciliations;

• Intercompany reconciliation;

• Assistance with Annual Budget preparation;

• Assistance with monthly forecasting and reporting;

• Contract payment and query management; and

• General administration duties.

About you:

• Grade 12;
• National Diploma in Accounting or related field;
• SAP knowledge (FI & CO Module);
• 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment;
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of Coupa would be advantageous;
• Medically Fit; and
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
