Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment?

Our client, a well-established business within the events industry, is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives on variety, and can confidently manage day-to-day financial operations while supporting broader business functions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Accounts payable & receivable

✅ Bank, creditor, debtor & credit card reconciliations

✅ Financial reporting and month-end processes

✅ VAT, EMP201 & EMP501 submissions

✅ Payroll management

✅ Audit preparation and support

✅ Financial planning and forecasting

What We're Looking For

✔ BCom Accounting (or similar)

✔ Minimum 3 years' accounting/bookkeeping experience

✔ Strong Xero experience (essential)

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
