Preparing monthly management accounts for properties Preparing & compiling annual budgets

Analyzing of bank statements daily

Management of banking limits, routine & unauthorized transactions

Authorizing changes to master-file records

Compiling & presenting of monthly management accounts for properties Financial reporting to the Director

Review & balancing of all expense accounts

Review & reconciling of various bank statements

Verify & authorize creditors payments

Load & release payments to creditors on a bi-weekly basis

Loading & releasing tenant/debit orders for tenants

Compiling & presenting of tenant/debtor age analysis

Petty cash management

Review & presenting of information to auditors

Processing of payroll returns (EMP201) to SARS

Processing of VAT returns (VAT201) to SARS

Reviewing & reconciling of fixed asset register

Review building insurance (claims, queries, renewals) for properties HR Duties – Approval & reconciliation of leave forms for staff Training & supervision of 3 clerks

Daily management of debtors clerk

Ensured adherence of internal controls

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
