Looking for an internship that will provide you with an experience like no other?
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Accountants Intern to join our sales team at the Midrand Offices.
What will the programme look like?
The Accountants Division Intern will provide support across onboarding, customer success, renewals, lead management, reporting, and administrative functions. The role offers practical experience in customer engagement, business operations, and CRM management while supporting the division's goals and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Summary of the Role

Support onboarding, renewals, and customer engagement activities.

Maintain customer and lead information within Salesforce.

Assist with reporting, data management, and administrative tasks.

Support roadshows, events, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate customer communications and internal team activities.

Provide general operational support across the Accountants Division.
What will make me successful?

Must have completed grade 12 / Matric
-
Must have completed a degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance Management
-
Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
A Clear Criminal record
-
Must have no working experience
-
Must have excellent telephonic etiquette
-
A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)

Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics

Be bold and have a positive approach

Be able to simplify process and communicate it effectively

Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail

Office Location
Midrand Office - This is a hybrid role, three days per week at the office
