Job description

We are looking for a talented accounting clerk to join our rapidly growing team. If you're passionate about numbers and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

- Process and file financial data accurately using Pastel and Xero

- Reconcile entries and internal ledgers

- Ensure timely month-end closing

- Make Pastel adjustments as requested

- Obtain complete information from assigned doctors' portfolios

- Gather bank statements, expense proofs, and other necessary documents

- Handle VAT returns and audits

- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Experience & Qualifications

- 2 years of accounting practice or relevant experience

- Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, Microsoft Office and SARS e-filling

- Grade 12 with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

- Financial diploma/certificate preferred
