Job Purpose:

The Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department with day-to-day accounting and administrative duties while gaining practical workplace experience. The internship is designed for a recent graduate or student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with capturing financial transactions and accounting records.

 Process invoices and supporting documentation.

 Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

 Reconcile accounts and bank statements.

 Maintain accurate financial files and records.

 Assist with data entry and report preparation.

 Support month-end finance procedures.

 Perform general administrative duties within the Finance Department.

Minimum Requirements:

 Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.  Strong numerical and analytical skills.

 Good attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and organizational skills.

 No prior experience required (advantageous but not essential).
