Job description

We are an accounting software company. We are looking for a specialist on-boarding and software migration assistant, to on board new clients and migrate their data.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers to the FilingStack platform.

Assist clients with connecting and importing data from accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Xero.

Guide clients through the setup process via email, phone, or online meetings.

Answer customer support queries professionally.

Troubleshoot basic onboarding issues and escalate technical problems where necessary.

Help improve onboarding documentation and knowledge base articles.

The position is online based from 9am to 12pm (3 hours), 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday).

Requirements

Essential Experience using QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.

Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.

Reliable internet connection and own computer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From R200,00 per day
