Job description
Trafalgar is the leading property rental agency across South Africa, letting and managing residential properties across all major metropolitan areas. Trafalgar has a wide selection of homes to rent, to suit all budgets, tastes and areas. Trafalgar offers full-service sectional title and home owners association (“HOA”) property management services across South Africa. A strong focus on accurate budgeting, detailed financial management reporting and governance excellence underpin Trafalgar’s property management services. Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is a boutique financial services company specialising in a range of property financial services products, targeted at residential estates and complexes across South Africa. Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is an authorised financial services and credit provider with a specialist property finance focus.
As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar JHB is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Accounts Payable Administrator.
Minimum Experience required:-
- Matriculation
- At least 3 years’ experience as an accounts payable administratr
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Basic Accounting Skills
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:-
- Analyse the invoice details
- Vat number is displayed for both contractor/supplier and Trafalgar vat registered clients
- Invoice numbers displayed
- Date of invoice appears on invoice
- Bank details vetted and appear on invoice
- Accuracy of GL allocation & VAT Flag
- Check vat % on invoices
- Sending payment approval required spreadsheets to the Trustees/Directors
- Sending to the trust creditors clerk for processing.
- Sourcing of documents for new creditors
- Loading of new creditors
- Tracking of proforma invoices to be replaced.
