Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

Purpose

To efficiently perform end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with client requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility and managing tasks from start through to the end
• Effective communication for making sure that activities are completed as soon as possible
• Track and ensure completion of tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
• Build & maintain good professional relationship with clients and team members

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English); ability to communicate independently with client, build strong client relationships
• Relevant Diploma / Degree (Accounting, Finance)
• Experience in Financial Administration
• 3 to 4+ years Accounts Payable experience on SAP
• Advanced computer skills: Oracle experience would be a plus, MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills) required
• Very good Procurement understanding
• Strong work ethic and goal oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving orientation, highly organized and ability to manage & implement change across your team
• Ability to multitask and self-manage
• Time management with the ability to prioritize
