• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Capturing invoices from time to time on CW1.

• Reviewing of all Trade Accounts and preparing payments according to terms.

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting suppliers.

• All Reconciliations to be saved on SharePoint

• Processing of SARS monthly Deferment accounts

• Accounts Payable Ledger Reconciliation and Review

• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status of all overdue transactions – submit to the accountant for review on a bi-weekly basis

• Managing and Maintaining of Cashbooks

• Checking Cashbook Reconciliations performed by CoE on a weekly basis ensuring that all transactions have been recorded and payments posted for the following Cashbooks:
