Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist Management Trainee English on site Johannesburg What youll do here: Key responsibilities/activities: Proactively manage the collection of overdue customer accounts in accordance with company credit policies and contractual terms. Conduct detailed account reconciliations ensuring the accurate allocation of payments and resolution of disputes. Investigate and resolve queries related to invoices short payments credit notes and disputed transactions. Prepare and maintain AR ageing reports collection forecasts and risk assessments. Engage professionally with internal stakeholders including Sales Operations and Customer Service to accelerate issue resolution. Maintain thorough documentation of all collection activities and support audit requirements. Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of monthly collections targets. Reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aged debt (60/90/120+ days). Accuracy and timeliness of account reconciliations. Resolution of customer disputes within established service-level timelines. Compliance with internal controls credit policies and audit standards.Qualifications
