As we continue to expand across South Africa, we are looking for someone who will coordinate, plan, support, and report on sales activations and events across the assigned region or regions.

Role Overview

Stage Zero is seeking a highly organised and proactive Activations & Events Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Managers, Direct Sales teams, Partners, and other sales channels to ensure activations and events are professionally executed, aligned to brand standards, and contribute to increased lead generation, brand visibility, and improved lead-to-install conversion performance.

This role is responsible for managing activation calendars, coordinating suppliers and resources, supporting event logistics, monitoring budgets, and producing detailed activation performance reports. The successful candidate will also ensure activations are accurately recorded to enable performance tracking through Power BI and CRM systems.

The position requires regular travel within the assigned region, attendance at selected events outside normal office hours when necessary, and hands-on participation in event preparation and execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Valid South African driver’s license
• Own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays when required for activations and events.
• Diploma or Certificate in Events Management, Marketing, Project Coordination, or a similar field will be
• advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Event Planning, Sales Activations, Marketing Activations, Field Sales Support, or Event Coordination.
