Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Host and lead daily activities such as trivia, bingo, karaoke, dance classes, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, and game shows.
- Welcome guests and encourage participation in onboard events.
- Make announcements and serve as the MC (Master of Ceremonies) for activities.
- Assist with themed parties, deck events, and evening entertainment.
- Set up and prepare activity venues and equipment.
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the daily schedule.
- Ensure activities are conducted safely and according to company policies.
- Work closely with the Cruise Director and Entertainment Team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, events, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours and live onboard for the duration of the contract.
Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
