Job description:
- Capture and maintain accurate data across company systems and spreadsheets
- File, organise, and retrieve documents (both electronic and physical)
- Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phones and assist with general queries
- Assist with the preparation of reports, forms, and internal documents
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all filing and record-keeping is up to date and compliant.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (minimum)
- 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data capturing skills with high accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be a team player
- Own transport
Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
