Admin Coordinator – Client Experience & Venue Operations
Onder Engele Venue (Pty) Ltd | Brits, North West
R6,000 per month | Tuesday–Friday | 9:00am–4:00pm | Part-time | On-site | 3-month probation

Onder Engele is a boutique wedding venue in Brits, creating beautiful and personal wedding experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail and a team that genuinely cares about our couples.
We are looking for a warm, organised and highly reliable Admin Coordinator to join our small team.
No wedding experience required
You don’t need previous wedding or events experience. We will teach you our systems, processes and the wedding industry.
What we do need is someone who is quick to learn, highly teachable, accurate, consistent and comfortable working at a fast pace.
You should naturally notice details, follow instructions carefully and think ahead about what needs to happen next.
What you’ll do
- Communicate with couples by email, WhatsApp and phone
- Help arrange consultations and venue viewings
- Keep client information, documents and wedding details organised
- Track follow-ups, contracts, payments and important information
- Update spreadsheets and digital systems
- Prepare checklists, reminders and client documents
- Keep the team informed and make sure nothing gets forgotten
- Assist with supplier and wedding administration
- Identify potential problems or missing information before they become issues
- Support the team in preparing for upcoming weddings
You will receive training and guidance as you learn the role.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, spoken and written
- Fast, accurate typing
- Fast and confident computer use
- Comfortable working on Apple / macOS
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Able to follow exact instructions and established processes
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable, consistent and punctual
- Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Proactive and able to anticipate problems and needs
- Professional, warm and confident with clients
- Willing to learn, accept feedback and improve
- Reliable transport to and from the venue
Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, retail, events or sales is advantageous, but not required.
