Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support while actively contributing to sales activities. The successful candidate will utilise their excellent communication skills and IT proficiency to ensure smooth operations and foster strong customer relationships.

Duties
- Manage and maintain customer databases using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, quotations, and invoices via Sage or other relevant systems.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups using Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone.
- Organise documentation, correspondence, and filing systems to ensure efficient workflow organisation.
- Monitor sales targets and assist in tracking progress towards organisational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles.
- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and Sage is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new programmes or systems.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach towards clients and colleagues.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
