EMPA Structures (Pty) Ltd, a civil construction company, situated in Durbanville, and a subsidiary of the listed Raubex Group, is currently looking to employ a Admin Clerk
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Minimum 2–3 years' administrative experience in a construction, manufacturing, plant, logistics, or related environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in stock control, inventory administration and reporting.
- Ability to capture and process data accurately and timeously.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own reliable transport.
- South African citizen.
- A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge and experience on the BuildSmart system will be a distinct advantage.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Booking in and receipting of stock and materials.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory control processes.
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
- Capturing and processing stock movements on company systems.
- Assisting with stock counts, reconciliations and investigations of variances.
- Administration of delivery notes, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Filing, document control and maintenance of administrative records.
- Assisting with procurement and stores administration.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding stock and administration matters.
- Providing general administrative support to the Plant Manager and other departments when required.
- Ensuring all reports and documentation are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as may be required within the department. We constantly evolve and you will need to be adaptable to change.
