Administrative Assistant – Construction Company
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and office support to ensure the efficient operation of the construction company. The role includes document control, communication, basic accounts administration, and coordination of office and site-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, invoices, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems and project documentation.
Assist with purchase orders and supplier follow-ups.
Capture invoices and assist with basic accounts administration.
Maintain employee records, timesheets, and attendance registers.
Coordinate meetings and manage office schedules.
Assist with tender documents and project administration.
Ensure site and office documentation is properly maintained.
Provide general administrative support to management.
