About Us
Geldhof Chocolatier is a premium South African chocolate manufacturer, crafting handcrafted chocolates for customers across JHB, CPT, and DBN. We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
You'll play an integral role in supporting our daily operations by:
- Processing and managing customer orders.
- Coordinating production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Liaising with production, retail and management.
- Coordinating customer collections, deliveries and courier dispatches.
- Maintaining accurate records relating to customer orders, production and operational activities.
- Assisting with cashbook administration, petty cash and daily reconciliations.
- Supporting basic financial administration and record keeping in support of the bookkeeper.
- Preparing staff schedules and assisting with leave and attendance administration.
- Monitoring operational workflows to help ensure departments remain organised and efficient.
- Assisting with stock movement and operational coordination.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to management as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration, operations or office coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Desirable
- Proficiency in MacOS preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, retail, logistics or production environment.
- Experience with stock control or order processing.
- Basic bookkeeping or financial administration experience.
