Non-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.”

The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector , supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree of at least three years in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences , or a related field. In the absence of such degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience .
• Excellent command of English .
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Minimum General Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project administration, contract and project monitoring, logistics and/or operational support .

Minimum Specific Professional Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional experience supporting donor-funded or international programmes, with contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support and organisation of meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and/or events. Experience in Africa is an asset.
