Requirements
- Grade 12
- Five (5) – Eight (8) years’ relevant experience in an administrative
environment, with supervisory experience
- Computer Literacy
- No Criminal Record
Key Performance Areas
- Manages the implementation of administrative controls/procedures
and provides information and advise to management to support
decision making within the office of the ED Safety & Security
- Providing line with advice in respect of all administrative matters
linked to the office of the ED Safety & Security
- Providing guidance and advice into the staff budget by analysing
trends and operating requirements
- Defining / adjusting the key performance indicators, job design
and role boundaries of personnel against service delivery
requirements
- Appraising and reviewing the categories and relevance of
managerial information provided in liaison with ED Safety
& Security
- Directing the resources within the Office of the ED Safety
& Security
- Designing, implanting and maintaining effective information
management systems and processes
- Ensuring that office staff are optimally utilised
- Writing reports of various complexity
- Attending to general internal and external communication matters
as assigned by the ED Safety & Security
