Role Clarification & Key Performance Areas ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: (INTERNAL POST) EXTENDED CURRICULUM PROGRAM (ECP) FACULTY OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES The University of the Western Cape (UWC) is a vibrant, diverse and dynamic university, cognisant of its regional, national and international environment. The Extended Curriculum Program (ECP) In The Faculty Of Arts And Humanities Is Seeking To Employ An Administrative Officer To Do The Following
- Academic Administration.
- Reception.
- Enquiry Management.
- Committee Administration.
- Financial Administration.
- Procurement.
- Human Resources Administration.
- Event Organisation.
- Meeting Administration.
- General Administration and other duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and a relevant three-year post-matric qualification, 2 years relevant experience OR
- Matric plus three to five years relevant experience.
Preference Would Be Given To Candidates With
- A Bachelors Degree.
- Higher Education experience.
- Knowledge of university systems (SASI; MAS etc.).
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages e.g. Word; Excel/MS Office Suites/PowerPoint.
