Job description
Discretionary Grant Project Lead Employer Documentation
- 100% of Lead Employer documentation verified against defined criteria and checklists within the prescribed turnaround times
- 100% of Lead Employer profiles and data fully captured and verified to ensure alignment with submitted entity and project documentation
- Remediation notices issued and followed up within specified timeframes to address non-compliant, incomplete or missing documentation
- Re-verification of remediated documentation conducted, and once deemed compliant and formally signed off, submissions escalated to the Senior Officer for validation
- All compliant Lead Employer documentation uploaded and securely retained in the LMIS in accordance with document management protocols
Discretionary Grant Project Learner Documentation
- 100% of learner documentation verified against defined criteria and checklists within the prescribed turnaround times
- 100% of learner profiles and data fully captured and verified to ensure alignment with submitted learner documentation
- Remediation notices issued and followed up within specified timeframes to address non-compliant, incomplete or missing learner documentation
- Re-verification of remediated learner documentation conducted, and once deemed compliant and formally signed off, submissions escalated to the Senior Officer for validation
- All compliant learner documentation uploaded and securely retained in the LMIS in accordance with document management protocols
Discretionary Grant Change Requests
- DG change requests facilitated by guiding stakeholders through the correct process, validating submitted documentation, and coordinating and escalating internal review and approval
- Requests for extensions of time to submit compliant Lead Employer and Learner documentation are assessed against defined criteria and contextual factors, and responses are issued within predetermined turnaround times
Support the Optimisation of the Unit

Provide day-to-day administrative tasks related to the achievement of work plans in the Unit

Collate and file documents in the Unit

Populate reports and submit on time, in the right format, and accurately

National Senior Certificate or equivalent at a minimum NQF Level 4

Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field is required

1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

Experience within the SETA environment will be advantageous
NOTES:
- Appointment onto the position is conditional upon the signing of a performance agreement with the organisation.
- Candidates may be subjected to a Psychometric Assessment whose results will be considered in determining whether to appoint the candidate or not.
