About the Role
Lorna Real Estate is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our agents, management team, and clients. The successful candidate will also act as a Personal Assistant to the Principals, assisting with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client enquiries.
- Assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare mandates, lease agreements, and maintain property files.
- Upload and update property listings on online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, and follow-ups.
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales agents.
- Assist with marketing materials and basic social media posts.
- Provide personal assistant support to the Principals of Lorna Real Estate.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience (real estate experience is advantageous).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Must reside in Pretoria North or Akasia.
