About Us

Fresh Start is a fast-growing financial services company committed to helping South Africans regain financial freedom through debt mediation, debt review removal, and credit rehabilitation. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Summary

The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, maintaining accurate client records, assisting various departments, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and maintain accurate client information.
  • Prepare, organise, and file documents electronically.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation from clients.
  • Respond to client emails, WhatsApp messages, and telephone enquiries.
  • Update internal CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Liaise with banks, credit providers, and relevant stakeholders where required.
  • Schedule appointments and manage administrative workflows.
  • Assist the sales and operations teams with administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform general office administration and other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Previous administrative experience (1–2 years preferred).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Experience working in financial services or a call centre environment will be an advantage.
