Job description
We are looking for an experienced Debt Review Administrator / Processor to join our growing team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in the South African debt review industry.
- Working knowledge of iPDA and MAXIMUS.
- Strong data capturing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience processing debt review applications from start to finish.
- Familiarity with NCR guidelines and debt review procedures.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process new debt review applications.
- Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
- Work efficiently on iPDA and MAXIMUS systems.
- Liaise with clients, credit providers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Follow up on outstanding information and keep cases updated.
