Job description

ADMIN / SALES PERSON

We are looking for a mature, reliable and professional Admin/Sales Person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with customers, organised, and comfortable handling both administration and sales-related duties.

Requirements:

Previous admin and/or sales experience
SAGE experience preferred
Good computer skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional telephone manner
Accurate and organised with good attention to detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, responsible and hardworking

Duties will include:

General administration
Assisting customers and handling enquiries
Processing orders, quotations and invoices
Following up with customers
Sales support and maintaining customer records
Working on SAGE
