Job description
Vacancy: Clinical Trainer / Clinical Support Officer - Mpumalanga
Location: Two positions available per district
Contract: Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project
About the Role
We are looking for clinically trained healthcare professionals to provide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training, user support and clinical guidance to healthcare workers during system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EMR training to healthcare personnel.
- Provide clinical workflow support.
- Mentor and coach end users.
- Assist with EMR implementation and adoption.
- Monitor user competency and provide follow-up support.
- Prepare training reports and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Medicine, Clinical Associate, Pharmacy or another recognised health profession.
- Current registration with the relevant South African professional council.
- Experience in clinical practice.
- Experience in Adult Education and Training (AET).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Advantegrous
- Adult Education and Training (AET) qualification.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Experience facilitating healthcare training.
- SAQA verification for foreign qualifications (where applicable).
Required Documentation
- Signed detailed CV.
- Certified qualifications (certified within the last six months).
- Valid professional registration certificate or membership card.
