Job description
Vacancy: Adult Health Education Trainers
Location: North West
Contract: Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project
About the Role
We are seeking clinically trained healthcare professionals to provide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training and on-site clinical support to healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities
- · Deliver EMR training to healthcare personnel.
- · Provide clinical workflow support.
- · Assist with system implementation and user adoption.
- · Mentor healthcare workers during implementation.
- · Report on training activities and outcomes.
- · Support quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- · Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Medicine, Clinical Associate, Pharmacy or another recognised health profession.
- · Current registration with the applicable South African professional council.
- · Experience in clinical practice.
- · Experience in Adult Education and Training is required
- · Experience in health information systems or EMR implementation will be advantageous.
- · Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Applicants delivering EMR training must:
· Hold a valid professional registration.
· Adult Education and Training (AET) experience (A qualification or equivalent is advantageous)
· Be willing to travel within the district.
Applicants must provide:
- · Signed detailed CV.
- · Certified qualifications (not older than six months).
- · Valid professional registration certificate or membership card.
- · AET qualification (if applicable)
