Advanced Checker

The Advanced/Final Checker is responsible for conducting the final verification of outbound orders before dispatch, ensuring that all products, quantities, and documentation are accurate and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final checks on all outbound orders before dispatch.
• Verify products, quantities, and packaging against picking slips and delivery documentation.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before shipment.
• Ensure orders are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
• Report shortages, damages, or inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate outbound checking records.
• Support loading activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Adhere to company quality, inventory control, and safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 2–3 years' experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, inventory control, or order checking.
• Experience with outbound stock and order verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
