Job description

We are inviting applications from recent graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience within the dairy manufacturing industry. This programme is designed to provide workplace exposure, industry knowledge and professional development within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience within the Finance department while developing an understanding of financial reporting, cost management, budgeting, and operational finance within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements

Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Compulsory)
Must not have previously participated in a graduate or internship programme
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: R5 400,00 - R5 620,00 per month
