Job description
We are looking for an energetic, confident and enthusiastic Adventure Curator & Client Onboarding Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone studying or recently qualified in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field who is passionate about travel, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to build a career in sales and client relations.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will learn how to present unique travel experiences, build client relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Understand clients' interests and recommend suitable adventure experiences.
- Present travel and adventure offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Assist with converting enquiries into confirmed clients.
- Support the client onboarding process from initial enquiry through to booking.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties related to sales and client onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, persuasive, and passionate about working with people.
- A natural storyteller with the ability to inspire and engage clients.
- Professional, well-groomed, and eager to learn.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage but not essential.
