This role is designed to support the PPS Advisory Services and Enablement sales force. The focus of this position is to provide support to the Financial Advisor and service PPS Financial Advisors and members with processing of new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing PPS Financial Advisors and members with processing of new business. The candidate will also deal with queries and services relating to new and existing business. The individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks. Precision and consistent work output are essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks. The role is responsible for servicing PPS Financial Advisors and members with the processing of new business.
The role handles queries and services relating to new and existing business. The individual is responsible for performing a variety of tasks. Precision and consistent work output are essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to deliver and provide great support in the Financial Advisory space by delivering an exceptional servicing function. The individual will have the ability to operate under pressure and work in a team environment. There are deadlines and pressures associated with various deliverables in a sales environment that lead to a pressurised situation. The Advisor Consultant is required to be able to function under pressure, they are required to be efficient and maintain professionalism at all times. They need to be able to demonstrate eagerness to problem solving at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Formal Qualifications
- Matric
- Finance Diploma advantageous
Experience
- 2 to 3 years customer administration and servicing experience
- Basic knowledge of the Financial Services Industry would be advantageous
- QA applications
- QA compliance
