Affiliate Manager

Allstars Sports Betting is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Affiliate Account Manager to join our growing Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, relationship management, and the online betting industry. You'll be responsible for building and managing affiliate partnerships that drive player acquisition, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the continued growth of our online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, tipsters, and content creators.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our marketing network.
• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns around sporting events, promotions, and product launches.
• Provide affiliates with marketing material, promotional offers, and campaign support.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyse key performance indicators including player acquisition, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, and player lifetime value.
• Work closely with the Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to maximise campaign performance.
• Produce regular performance reports with recommendations to improve results.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to grow the affiliate programme.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and applicable gambling regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, account management, digital marketing, business development, or sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• A genuine passion for sports, online betting, gaming, and digital marketing.

Advantageous Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Online sports betting, casino, gaming, or fintech.
• Affiliate marketing programmes and performance-based partnerships.
• Influencer marketing and content creator management.
• Affiliate tracking platforms and attribution tools.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing platforms.
• Player acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Gambling industry regulations and compliance.
